1. Appointments & Walk-ins

• **Appointments:** We highly recommend ahead to secure your pampering session!

• **Walk-ins:** We love spontaneous visits! Just check for availability

• **Late Arrivals:** Arriving over 15 minutes late? We may need to reschedule to ensure gets the best experience!

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

• **Cancellations:** Please give a shout at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel.

• **No-Shows:** Frequent no-shows might lead to a deposit for your future bookings.

3. Payments & Refunds

• **Accepted Payments:** We happily accept cash and credit/debit cards!

• **Refunds:** While we don’t offer refunds, we’ll gladly provide a free fix within 5 days if you're not completely satisfied!

4.Fixes & Repairs

• **Broken Nails:** Enjoy free repairs within 5 days of your visit!

• **Gel/Polish Fix:** If chipping happens within 5 days, we’ve got you covered!

• **Exclusions:** Accidents or misuse? There will be a repairs fee.

5. Customer Conduct

• We strive for a peaceful atmosphere—please respect fellow clients.  

• Inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service.

6. Health & Safety

• Your safety is our priority! We use sanitize tools for every client.

• If you have infections or open wounds, we'll happily reschedule your visit for later!

7. Children & Pets

• **Children:** Supervised little ones are welcome, but they must stay seated during services!

• **Pets:** We love service animals, but other pets are not in the salon.

8. Gift Cards & Discounts

•Gift Cards:** Non-refundable,not replaceable for any reason and can’t be exchanged for cash, but they make great gifts!

• **Discounts:** Keep an eye out for our exciting seasonal offers! We can’t wait toper you at Hawaii NAILSPA! 🌊💅
